Functions

- Manage all procurement and disposal by tender activities of the Ministry including the Missions except adjudication and the award of contracts, in accordance with the Ministry's approved Annual Plan
- Support the functioning and implement the decisions of the Ministry Tender Board (MTB)
- Act as secretariat to the Ministry Tender Board (MTB)
- Prepare tendering documents and advertise the tender opportunities
