Functions
- Ensuring appropriate use of funds
- Maintaining book keeping and maintenance of records and reporting on the revenue collection and expenditure
- Monitoring the accuracy and authenticity of monthly bank reconciliation statements from all Missions
- Keeping and maintain proper books of account and to prepare financial statements of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation
- Consolidation of annual accounts in accordance to Public Finance Act No.6 of 2001,International Public Sector Accounting Standards, Treasury circulars and Generally Accepted Accounting Practices
